I searched everywhere and found NOTHING!

I scoured the internet for websites and online communities that were dedicated to maintaining my fitness while away from home.   Unfortunately, everywhere I looked, I came up short!

I decided to create TripFitness.com in January of 2013, after losing approximately 35 pounds while consistently traveling for my busy job!  I created this website with the vision in mind that what I write about will end up helping people that struggled with their fitness just as I did…

My goal for Trip Fitness is to become the premier online resource for balancing work, life, and fitness.

When you travel for business or even for pleasure, fitness your healthy lifestyle tends to take a back seat.  I learned this the hard way and want to help others not make the same mistakes that I have.

My vision for Trip Fitness is to create a community of people that are willing to help each other meet their fitness goals.  Having a good supporting cast is one of the most important things in a successful fitness regimen.
